Vinyasa Flow

This class is all about fluid movement, releasing muscle tension, and passively building strength.
Day 4
Yoga Sculpt | Arms
Double chataranga, double trouble.
This class will build arm strength and stretch out shoulders and wrists.
Day 5
Vinyasa Flow
Stretch and flow it out.
This class is all about fluid movement, releasing muscle tension, and passively building strength.

Yoga Sculpt | Legs
Your legs will be on fire! 🔥
Get strong, sculpted legs and glutes in this energizing and fun class.
