Accessible to beginners, this program alternates between Core, Arms + Chest, Legs + Glutes, and Vinyasa stretches so you get a full body workout with built in stretch and rest days. Take this program as fast or as slow as you'd like.

Intro Class/What to expect

Welcome to the Yoga Sweat Challenge! Check out the quick intro video breaking down some of the postures we’ll be doing.

Day 2

Yoga Sculpt | Core

Burn, baby burn. Today’s class is about building heat and getting the core on fire. Let’s get to it!

Day 3

Vinyasa Flow

Stretch and flow it out.
This class is all about fluid movement, releasing muscle tension, and passively building strength.

Day 4

Yoga Sculpt | Arms

Double chataranga, double trouble. 
This class will build arm strength and stretch out shoulders and wrists.

Day 5

Vinyasa Flow

Stretch and flow it out.
This class is all about fluid movement, releasing muscle tension, and passively building strength.

Day 6

Yoga Sculpt | Legs

Your legs will be on fire! 🔥 
Get strong, sculpted legs and glutes in this energizing and fun class.

Day 7

Vinyasa Flow

Stretch and flow it out.
This class is all about fluid movement, releasing muscle tension, and passively building strength.

Day 8

Rest Day

Rest up, drink lots of water, and enjoy your day! :)
