Completing my Yoga Teacher Training / Vinyasa Flow Class (10/4) Cancelled

Hi Yogis,

I am excited to announce that Sunday 10/4 will be my last day of yoga teacher training. I will be taking the day off to rest my body and reflect on everything I've learned throughout my yoga teacher training these past 10 months.

I'm excited to continue offering weekly yoga classes, and on-demand classes, as well as some new offerings including free yoga fundamentals classes, and upcoming challenges and events (sign up to be notified).

Can't make the weekly live-streamed classes? Consider joining a membership to watch unlimited on-demand classes. Memberships are the best deal on the website and I will be increasing the prices soon, so don't miss out!
