About Elisha
Elisha is a San Francisco-based yoga teacher, retreat leader, and movement artist with roots in California and a practice shaped by teachers across four continents.
She holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and has completed advanced trainings in creative sequencing and hands-on adjustments with Inspiro Yoga in Italy, and a focused intensive under Janet Stone at the legendary Esalen Institute in Big Sur.
Since 2022, Elisha has taught free weekly yoga classes during the summers in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, one of the city's most beloved community traditions. She has led corporate yoga sessions and workshops for conferences and companies across the Bay Area, and has hosted international yoga retreats, including a sold-out retreat in Guatemala.
She designs retreats that weave together movement, alignment, and practices for sustainable personal transformation.
Whether on a mat in the park, on a stage at Esalen, or under the stars in Baja California, Elisha teaches with precision, warmth, and a deep respect for the practice.

Everybody can use some
yoga in their lives
With each of her classes, she hopes her students will learn something new, feel stronger, more energized, and will become more confident (on and off the mat).

Always an explorer, her love and curiosity for yoga inspired her to empower women to explore the world by hosting worldwide yoga retreats.

She is currently based in San Francisco and is available to teach private & corporate classes, weddings, and special events.
