Try a Free Class
A 60-minute all-levels class filmed live at the Whale Tail in Golden Gate Park. This flow builds toward Half Lord of the Fishes (Ardha Matsyendrasana), which is a grounding seated twist that supports digestion, spinal mobility, and deep inner focus.
Expect a steady, thoughtful progression: neck and shoulder openers, twisting lunges, hip-freeing binds, and a full-length Savasana to close. Modifications are always offered. If you're craving more challenge, the options are there too.
No props needed. All you need is your mat and an hour to yourself.
