Dancer’s Pose Vinyasa Flow in Golden Gate Park
Looking to build balance, flexibility, and grace in your yoga practice? This 60-minute all-levels vinyasa class was filmed live at Free Yoga at the Whale Tail in Golden Gate Park on a sunny San Francisco morning. Designed to gradually build toward Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana), this heart-opening vinyasa flow weaves together strength, mobility, and focus.
Whether you're working on improving your balance or deepening your backbends, this class will leave you feeling open, uplifted, and centered.
What to Expect in This Class
This Dancer’s Pose Vinyasa Flow moves through a sequence of strengthening and heart-opening postures to prepare the body for deeper expression and balance:
Table Top Dancer to explore the shape and activate the back body
Locust Pose to strengthen the spine and engage the hamstrings
Bow Pose to open the front body and stretch the hip flexors
Low and High Lunge with a Twist to warm up the legs and build rotational strength
Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana) to challenge your balance, focus, and flexibility
