Core Strength Vinyasa Flow in Golden Gate Park
Looking to fire up your core and build strength from the inside out? This 60-minute all-levels vinyasa class was filmed live at Free Yoga at Whale Tail in Golden Gate Park on a cool, misty San Francisco morning. To help students generate heat and stay warm, I designed this Core Strength Vinyasa flow with energizing core-focused movements woven throughout the practice.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to strengthen their abdominals, obliques, and lower back while also moving with breath and mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling strong, grounded, and recharged.
What to Expect in This Class
We’ll flow through a dynamic sequence that blends stability and strength-building poses with energizing transitions, including:
Bird Dog for balance and deep core activation
Knee to Nose Plank Variations to fire up the abdominals
Eagle Arm Crunches to challenge your coordination and strength
Plank Holds for stability and endurance
High Lunge Dips to build lower body strength while keeping the core engaged
