Ready to give your body some much-needed love after a long run? This 60-minute all-levels vinyasa class was filmed live at the Whale Tail in Golden Gate Park as part of our free summer yoga series. It’s designed specifically for runners or anyone looking to recover, stretch, and reset. Featuring poses like gate pose, modified side plank, boat pose, and pyramid pose, this class will leave you feeling grounded and restored.
This class was created in honor of the San Francisco Marathon. Not a runner? No problem, this Runner's Recovery Yoga class will stretch out your lower body and will leave you feeling good.
